Refund Policy
We value your trust and investment in Yog IT BMS. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued.
1. General Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances as described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

Course Cancellation by Yog IT BMS: Full refund if a course or batch is canceled by us.

Duplicate Payments: If a payment is made twice by mistake, refund will be processed after verification.

Withdrawal Before Course Start: If a learner withdraws at least 7 days before the course commencement date, a partial refund (up to 75%) may be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund will be provided in cases including:

Withdrawal after course commencement

Failure to attend live or recorded sessions

Unsatisfactory progress due to learner’s own negligence

Violation of terms or misconduct
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@yogitbms.com with:

Course enrolled

Payment receipt

Reason for refund
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Program Transfers
In lieu of a refund, learners may request to shift to another batch or course of equal or lesser value within 30 days, subject to availability.
6. Changes to Policy
Yog IT BMS reserves the right to revise the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
